On June 10, 2022, the first general meeting and unveiling ceremony of the Hunan Rail Transit Equipment Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held at CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. Chen Fei, Vice Governor of Hunan Province and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, attended the conference and unveiled the plaque for the association. Hunan Fullde Electric Co., Ltd., as the vice president unit of the association, was invited to participate in the conference.

Members cover a wide range of areas and core regions

At the beginning of the year, the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government decided to upgrade the Zhuzhou Rail Transit Equipment Industry Association to a provincial-level industry association in order to fully implement the strategic positioning and mission of "three highs and four new", accelerate the construction of a world-class advanced rail transit equipment industry cluster. The association's members cover multiple levels including physical enterprises, financial institutions, investment institutions, and universities, with a geographical coverage of the core area of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan.

The establishment of the association will help accelerate the digital, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading of the Hunan rail transit equipment industry cluster, promote the implementation of the "three highs and four new" strategic positioning and mission tasks, and assist Hunan Province in building a world-class advanced industrial cluster with global leading industrial scale, world-class manufacturing capabilities, core technology leading trends, and efficient aggregation of high-quality resources.

Adhere to the path of independent and controllable innovation

After years of cultivation and development, Hunan's rail transit equipment industry has products and services covering "six continents" and more than 70 countries and regions. Facing the 14th Five Year Plan, with the deepening implementation of transportation and manufacturing powers, as well as the "dual carbon" initiative, the rail transit equipment industry will have broader development prospects. Therefore, the establishment of the association is of great significance in the history of the development of the rail transit equipment industry in Hunan Province.
